About the Mid-Autumn Festival

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of China’s most important traditional festivals.

It falls on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month, when the moon is traditionally considered at its fullest and brightest.

Families gather to appreciate the moon and celebrate reunion, gratitude and good wishes.

About mooncakes

Mooncakes are the best-known food of the festival. Their round shape symbolizes completeness and family reunion.

Today, mooncakes come with many fillings, from traditional lotus seed paste and mixed nuts to modern fruit and custard flavors, and they are often shared as gifts with family, friends and colleagues.

From Wuhan, our team sends warm festival greetings to customers, partners and friends around the world.

We wish you and your family a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival, happiness, good health and a wonderful time together.

Chris Fang / Best wishes,
Sunup Automation
